    Back Squat x 5 reps
    Rest 2 minutes

    B.
    Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
    10 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)
    10 Alternating Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatches (55/35 lbs)

    Rest 2 minutes, when the clock hits 10:00 complete the following:

    1200M Run
    100 Double-Unders
    30 GHD Back Extensions
