    100 Double Unders
    80 Thrusters (45/35#)
    60 Pull Ups
    40 Bar Facing Burpees
    20 Man Makers

    Rest 5 minutes and when the clock hits 35:00 you have a choice:
    5 Minutes of max reps of either rope climbs or max overhead walking lunge with (45/25#) plate overhead. (split reps as needed)
